Weekend Moments

Here is a layout I made yesterday. It is of me and my fiance, Alex, while we were at the county fair. I had a lot of fun making it. All of the flowers are handmade, and I also used some homemade glimmer mist, and glitter paint. I hope you enjoy it, let me know what you think. :)

Paper Bag Mini Album

I made this paper bag mini album for one of my teachers. The colors of the dance studio are red, black, and white. So I based it off of those colors. It is of my dance studio's competition dances and the kids that are in competition. I hope you enjoy it. Sorry for the poor quality pictures.

I am going to post the pictures of the tags that go inside of the paper bags later on today. So look out for updates :)

Summer

Hey Everyone,
Sorry I havent posted anything lately. I have been away all summer and just getting back to where I have internet. :)
So my first two weeks I was at the beach camping with my family. Then I went on a missions trip to the mountains, and after that I went to New York State. I had a busy summer and I'm ready for the school year ahead of me at college. I had so much fun this summer, and I will post a few pictures later for you all to see. I will get to creating and post pictures soon.

Handmade Flowers

I made these flowers with the sizzix flower layers #3 die. I used the two flowers that are the same shape. I used two of each size. Then I wet them using my homemade glimmer mist, sprayed them with starch, and then I crumbled them up. I dried all of them with my heat tool (not all the way) and unfolded the flowers. I then took my tweezers and twisted every petal, and used my heat tool until they were all the way dry. I took each layer and distressed them with ink that matched the flower. I hot glued all four layers together to a piece of chipboard and then put one of my rosettes in the center. I hope you like them. :)

Miniature Roses

Here are some of the roses I have been working on. I used the silk rose technique, but I just used smaller ribbon. They are perfect for the center of flowers, and they are quick and simple to make.

Hope you like them :)
